2010 Walk a Thon Form Download
Saturday August 21, 2010
Walk starts at 3:00pm at Old Timers Park
Picnic starts at 4:00pm at Marlowe Middle School
Burgers and dogs will be provided by Huntley Youth Football.
Families need to bring the following:
Bantams: Desserts
Feathers: Cold bottled water in a cooler (at least one case)
Middles: Cold soda in a cooler (at least one case)
Lights: Side dish
Heavys: Side dish/chips
Walk-a-Thon PRIZES
Prizes are awarded for total donations collected:
$60 - Huntley Mustang T-shirt
$100 - Short sleeve Huntley Mustang Dry-fit shirt
$150 - Under Armor sweatshirt
$200 - Custom equipment bag
$250 - Black jacket with H logo on back and player name
$1000 - $250 gift certificate (Visa Gift Card type)
$1500 - All prizes listed including $250 gift card
There will also be a 50/50 raffle collection done at the picnic.
